摘 要:本文使用三聚氰胺氰尿酸(MCA),二氧化钛(TiO_(2)),氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3)),氧化锌(ZnO)作为协效剂,分别与焦磷酸哌嗪阻燃剂(焦磷酸哌嗪∶聚磷酸三聚氰胺=2∶1,以下简称基础配方)进行复配,研究不同协效剂与焦磷酸哌嗪阻燃剂之间的协同关系。通过实验结果发现,MCA与体系存在拮抗作用,TiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)对体系无明显效果,ZnO与体系存在显著协同效果。在焦磷酸哌嗪62.7%,聚磷酸三聚氰胺31.3%,氧化锌5%时,22%阻燃剂添加量可实现聚丙烯1.6 mm UL94 V-0的燃烧等级,阻燃剂分解温度(5%)为292.8℃,600℃的残余质量为53.0%,均高于基础配方的282.8℃和45.1%,阻燃剂的热稳定性得到进一步提高,受热分解时的成炭量增加,阻燃性能得到增强。Melamine cyanuric acid(MCA),titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),alumina(Al_(2)O_(3)),zinc oxide(ZnO)were used as synergists to compound with piperazine pyrophosphate flame retardant(piperazine pyrophosphate:melamine polyphosphate=2∶1,called basic formulation),and the synergistic effect was studied.The experimental results show that MCA has antagonistic effect with the system,while TiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) have no obvious effect,while ZnO has significant synergistic effect according to data.Optimizing formula which is component of 62.7%piperazine pyrophosphate,31.3%melamine polyphosphate and 5%ZnO,can achieve the combustion grade of UL94(1.6 mm)V-0 with 22%flame retardant addition in polypropylene(T300).Furthermore,the decomposition temperature(5%)is 292.8℃and the residual mass of flame retardant at 600℃is 53.0%,which are higher than basic formulation at 282.8℃and 45.1%.The thermal stability of flame retardant is improved,and char formation is also enhanced.
