摘 要:本文研究了苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN-g-MAH)增容聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-三元乙丙橡胶-苯乙烯共聚物(PC/AES)共混物的微观形态、界面特性与力学性能,结果表明:少量SAN-g-MAH的添加可起到有效的增容作用,可减小AES分散相的尺寸,增容后PC/AES的冲击强度显著提高,拉伸、弯曲强度也得到提高。接枝率较低的SAN-g-MAH的增容效果更好。The effects of poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile)-g-maleic anhydride(SAN-g-MAH)as compatibilizer on the morphology,interfacial characterization and mechanical properties of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-ethylene-propylene-diene-styrene(AES)blends were investigated.The results show that the addition of SAN-g-MAH could increase the campatibilization effectively and decrease the size of AES dispersion phase.The addition of compatibilizer could significantly improve the impact strength.The tensile and flexural strength of blend has been also improved.The lower grafting rate of SAN-g-MAH has better compatibilization effect.
