淀粉塑化改性及其填充PBAT/PLA复合材料的性能研究

摘　　要：将玉米淀粉用甘油和水复配成的增塑剂增塑并在双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒成热塑性淀粉(TPS),然后与聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-己二酸丁二醇酯)(PBAT)及聚乳酸(PLA)一起通过熔融共混制备PBAT/PLA/TPS三元复合材料。结果表明,当TPS配比为淀粉∶甘油∶水=70 phr∶30 phr∶15 phr时,PBAT/TPS以及PLA/TPS复合材料的综合性能最佳。在PBAT/PLA/TPS复合材料中,当TPS用量为0~30%,PLA用量为10%~20%时,复合薄膜的拉伸强度能大于7 MPa、断裂伸长率大于200%,满足于日用塑料袋需求。并且研究了三种相容剂ADR4368、EMA、MA对PBAT/PLA/TPS复合材料的增容效果,结果表明,三种相容剂的对PBAT/PLA/TPS复合材料的增容效果为EMA>ADR4368>MA。Corn starch was plasticized with plasticizer compounded with glycerin and water and extruded into a thermoplastic starch(TPS)in a twin-screw extruder,and then poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/polyactide(PLA)/TPS ternary composites were prepared by melt blending with PLA and PBAT.The results show when the ratio of TPS is starch∶glycerol∶water=70 phr∶30 phr∶15 phr,the comprehensive properties of PBAT/TPS and PLA/TPS composites are the best.In PBAT/PLA/TPS composite materials,when the amount of TPS is 0~30%and the amount of PLA is 10%~20%,the tensile strength of the composite film can be greater than 7 MPa and the elongation at break is greater than 200%,which is sufficient for daily use for plastic bags.The compatibilizing effects of three compatibilizers ADR4368,EMA,and MA on PBAT/PLA/TPS composites were studied.The results show that the compatibilizing effect of the three compatibilizers is EMA>ADR4368>MA.
