环球法测定热熔胶黏剂软化点的测量不确定度评定

摘　　要：采用自动沥青软化点测定仪测量了热熔胶黏剂的软化点,讨论了重复性测量、软化点测定仪温度偏差、设备误差、升温速度等因素带来的不确定度分量,计算了环球法测量热熔胶黏剂软化点的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。当包含因子k=2、置信概率p=95%时,热熔胶黏剂软化点的不确定度为1.6℃。不确定度主要来源于软化点测定仪设备误差。The softening point of hot melt adhesive was measured by automatic asphalt softening point tester.The uncertainty components caused by repeatability measurement,temperature deviation of softening point tester,equipment error,heating rate and other factors were discussed.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of measurement of softening point of hot melt adhesive by universal method were calculated.When the inclusion factor k is 2 and the confidence probability p is 95%,the uncertainty of softening point of hot melt adhesive is 1.6℃.
