摘  要:通过添加磷酸二氢钠(NaH_(2)PO_(4))或六偏磷酸钠((NaPO_(3))_(6))制备了不同酯交换抑制剂含量的聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PC/PBT)合金,并对其力学性能、动态力学性能、耐热性能、相形态以及流变性能进行了研究。结果表明:二者均具有酯交换抑制作用,其中,NaH_(2)PO_(4)对PC/PBT合金酯交换的抑制效果较好。NaH_(2)PO_(4)对断裂伸长率、模量及热变形温度变化不大,冲击强度有所增加,当质量分数为0.25%时,PC富相的T_(g1)为105.94℃,对合金的流变性能没有很大影响。(NaPO_(3))_(6)则会降低断裂伸长率,增大共混物的黏度。Polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)alloys with different contents of transesterification inhibitor were prepared by addition of sodium dihydrogen phosphate(NaH_(2)PO_(4))or sodium hexametaphosphate((NaPO_(3))_(6)).Mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical analysis,phase morphology and rheological properties were investigated.The results show that both NaH_(2)PO_(4) and(NaPO_(3))_(6)have the inhibition function of transesterification,and NaH_(2)PO_(4) is better.The effects of NaH_(2)PO_(4)on elongation at break,modulus and heat deflection temperature are weak,but could enhance impact strength.The glass transition temperature(T_(g1))of PC phase reaches 105.94℃when the amount of NaH_(2)PO_(4)is 0.25%.There is little effect on rheological properties of PC/PBT alloy with NaH_(2)PO_(4)as inhibitor.(NaPO_(3))_(6)could decrease elongation at break and increase viscosity of the blends.
