摘 要:目的:探讨经腹部高频线阵探头在妊娠11^(+0)~14^(+6)周胎儿心脏超声检查中的临床应用价值。方法:选取行胎儿超声检查且显示心脏正常的1023例孕妇,于妊娠11^(+0)~14^(+6)周行经腹部高频线阵探头及凸阵探头胎儿心脏超声检查。结果:经腹部高频线阵探头对妊娠12^(+0)~12^(+6)周、13^(+0)~13^(+6)周胎儿上腹部横切面、四腔心切面、左心室流出道切面、右心室流出道切面及三血管气管切面成像的图像合格率优于经腹部凸阵探头,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经腹部高频线阵探头对妊娠11^(+0)~11^(+6)周、14^(+0)~14^(+6)周胎儿心脏各切面成像的图像合格率与凸阵探头相比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:经腹部高频线阵探头在早期妊娠胎儿心脏超声检查中具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the application value of high-frequency linear transabdominal probes in ultrasound imaging of normal fetal heart at 11^(+0)~14^(+6) weeks of gestation.Methods:Totally,1023 women with singleton pregnancies at 11^(+0)~14^(+6) weeks of gestation with normal fetal heart were included and fetal echocardiography was performed using high-frequency linear transabdominal probes and convex transabdominal probes.Results:The image qualification rates with transabdominal high frequency linear array probe were higher than those with transabdominal convex array probe across the upper abdominal transverse view,four chamber view,left ventricular outflow tract,right ventricular outflow tract,three vessels and trachea view at 12^(+0)~12^(+6) weeks of gestation and 13^(+0)~13^(+6) weeks of gestation,and there were significant difference between two probes(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two probes at 11^(+0)~11^(+6) weeks of gestation and 14^(+0)~14^(+6) weeks of gestation(all P>0.05).Conclusion:The high-frequency linear transabdominal probes has a certain clinical application value for fetal heart ultrasound examination in early pregnancy.
