摘　　要：产业结构的升级对人力资本提出了新的要求。高水平人力资本是推动产业结构高级化的重要力量,只有与产业结构升级需求适配的人力资本才是高水平人力资本。本文通过分析人力资本需求的变化,提出了优化升级的具体建议。The upgrading of industrial structure puts forward new demands on human capital.High-level human capital is a crucial force to promote the advancement of the industrial structure,and only human capital that“fits”the demands of industrial structure upgrading is the high-level human capital.This article proposes specific suggestions for optimization and upgrading industrial structure by analyzing the changes in human capital demands.
