摘　　要：目的建立门诊癌痛规范化治疗流程,解决目前临床癌痛治疗的不足,提高肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法基于肿瘤药学门诊,我院药师根据药物治疗管理(MTM)概念和核心要素,设计开发六院药师工作站,设计"六院药师在线"微信用药平台,针对癌痛控制不佳的原因,探索建立门诊癌痛规范化治疗流程并评估其效果。结果研究并制定了我院药师主导的门诊癌痛规范化治疗"六步法流程",从第二次随访就诊开始,患者用药依从性显著提高。结论药师主导的门诊癌痛规范化治疗"六步法流程"解决了临床癌痛规范治疗流程的缺失,提高了患者的用药依从性,具有较好的临床推广价值。Objective To establish a standardized treatment process for cancer pain in outpatient clinic, so as to explore a solution for the deficiency of current clinical cancer pain treatment, and improve the treatment effect for cancer patients. Methods Based on Pharmacists-Managed Oncology Outpatient Clinic, pharmacists in our hospital designed and developed a pharmacists’ workstation and a WeChat drug platform, Pharmacists of Six Hospitals Online, according to the concept and core factors of medication therapy management(MTM). Aiming at the different causes of poor cancer pain control, the establishment of standardized cancer pain treatment process was explored and its effects were evaluated. Results The "Six-Step Procedure" for standardized treatment of cancer pain in Pharmacists-Managed Oncology Outpatient Clinic in our hospital was formulated. With the "Six-Step Procedure", the compliance of patients with cancer pain was significantly improved since they got the second follow-up. Conclusions The "Six-Step Procedure" for standardized treatment of cancer pain in outpatient clinic led by pharmacists made up for the standardized treatment process for cancer pain. It improved the compliance of patients, and had good clinical popularization value.
