摘　　要：目的探讨髂外静脉平滑肌肉瘤的临床表现、诊断要点及治疗方法。方法报道1例髂外静脉平滑肌肉瘤的病例资料,并通过复习国内外相关文献,总结分析血管平滑肌肉瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。结论髂外静脉平滑肌肉瘤在临床较为罕见,且无明显特征性临床症状及肿瘤标志物,早期诊断较为困难,平滑肌肉瘤预后较差,但手术完全切除仍是其首选治疗手段。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of leiomyosarcoma of external iliac vein. Methods The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of leiomyosarcoma were summarized and analyzed by reporting a case of leiomyosarcoma of external iliac vein and reviewing the domestic and abroad pertinent literatures. Conclusion Leiomyosarcoma of the external iliac vein is rare in clinic. It has no obvious characteristic clinical symptoms, nor specific tumor markers, so it is difficult for early diagnosis. The prognosis of leiomyosarcoma is poor, but surgical resection remains the first choice for leiomyosarcoma patients.
