摘 要:目前,江苏油田生产领域应用20年以上工业锅炉约占总数量的72%,使用年限较长、人为调节难度大和自控能力欠缺是导致在用部分工业锅炉主要运行指标不达标的问题所在。针对油田在用工业锅炉存在的主要问题,采取降低过量空气系数、堵漏、巡查整改及提高工业锅炉运行负荷率等运行管理措施;并就提高工业锅炉运行效率,提出了强化运行管理及引进先进节能新技术设备的建议。At present,about 72%of the total number of industrial boilers have been used for more than 20 years in Jiangsu Oilfield.The long service life,difficult manual adjustment and lack of self-control ability are the reasons for the main operation indexes of some in⁃dustrial boilers not reaching the standard.In view of the main problems existing in the industrial boilers in use in the oilfield,the opera⁃tion management measures such as reducing the excess air coefficient,plugging,inspecting and rectifying,and improving the operation load rate of the industrial boilers are taken.In order to improve the operation efficiency of industrial boilers,it is proposed to strengthen the operation management and introduce advanced energy-saving technology and equipment.
