摘　　要：介绍了同心双管分层注水管柱的基本结构和工作原理,描述了海上某井注水井同心双管分层注水管柱内外管互串失效现象,对同心双管分层注水管柱的失效原因进行了分析,并在现场进行逐项排查,为以后完井出现类似问题提供分析方法,同时为避此类问题的发生提出相应的预防措施。This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the concentric double-pipe layering water injection string,describes the channeling failure phenomenon of the inner and outer pipes of the concentric double pipe layering water injection string in an offshore well,analyzes the failure reasons of the concentric double-pipe layering water injection string.The failure reasons are investigated one by one on site,so as to provide analysis methods for similar problems in the future completion,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward in order to avoid the occurrence of such problems.
