六盘水某参数井生产套管脱扣事故分析和处理

摘  要:六盘水某煤层气参数井完钻后下入生产套管并完成了固井,候凝期间拆卸联顶节时,因误操作发生套管脱扣事故。通过印模查明鱼顶形态、处理落鱼附近扶正器,加工使用引扣工具,多次尝试后成功对扣。为保证后续压裂排采施工安全,进行套管试压,试压结果达到设计要求。套管脱扣事故的直接原因为作业人员违规操作,生产套管丝扣密而细的特点给事故处理造成一定困难。结果表明,提高固井质量、制定严格作业规程、增强操作人员临场应变能力和综合素质是实现快速高效钻井、减少事故发生的重要因素。After drilling a CBM parameter well in Liupanshui,the production casing was run in and cementing was completed.When the top joint was disassembled during waiting for coagulation,the casing tripping accident occurred due to misoperation.The shape of the top of the fish is clarified through impression,the centralizer near the fish is deal with,and the buckle was adjusted successfully af⁃ter many attempts through processing and using guide buckle tool.In order to ensure the safety of subsequent fracturing and gas produc⁃tion,casing pressure test was carried out,and the test result met the design requirements.The direct cause of the casing tripping acci⁃dent is the operators'illegal operation.The characteristics of tight and fine thread of the production casing cause some difficulties to the accident treatment.The successful treatment of the accident provides some reference for similar accidents.It is shown that improv⁃ing the cementing quality,formulating strict operation procedures,enhancing the on-the-spot adaptability and comprehensive quality of operators are important factors to realize fast and efficient drilling and reduce accidents.
