摘 要:渤海部分油田开发进入中后期,因长期注水开发导致储层水淹的高含水井越来越多,稳油控水刻不容缓。基于径向有限单元油水两相产能模型,建立了一套分段表皮系数组合的最优解方法,对目标区块XH1水平井开展了表皮系数组合优化、射孔参数设计以及不同射孔方式下控水效果对比分析,完成水淹层变密度射孔完井方案设计。经过现场试验,投产半年来生产含水率一直维持在5.4%左右,达到了明显的控水增油效果,为渤海油田控水增油开辟了一条新途径,具有广阔的应用前景,可在类似的水淹储层及高含水油田推广应用。The development of some oilfields in Bohai has gradually entered the middle and late stage.Oil wells with high water content become more and more due to long-term water injection development,so it is urgent to stabilize oil and control water.A set of method for solving the optimal solution of segmented skin factor combination is established based on the radial finite element oil-water twophase productivity model.The skin factor combination optimization,perforation parameter design and comparative analysis of water control effects under different perforation methods are carried out for XH1 horizontal well in the target block,and the variable density perforation completion scheme design of water flooded layer is completed.Field test shows that the water content has been maintained at about 5.4%in half a year since the production,which has achieved the effect of water control and oil increase.The reservoir result has opened a new way for water control and oil increase in Bohai oilfield,and has a broad application prospect,and can be widely ap⁃plied in similar flooded reservoirs and high water-cut oil fields.
