摘 要:相比单相输送,混输工艺具有工程投资少、延长输送距离、对环境友好等优点,对边际油田的开发具有广阔的应用前景。目前,国内混输技术的研究和应用还处于起步阶段,从混输设备的类型、混输泵特性和选型、混输工艺的优势等角度进行论述。以国内某海上油田为例,重点对混输工艺的应用现状以及应用过程中气液比的变化导致混输泵无法正常工作的问题从工艺角度进行研究分析,最终提出改进思路,结果表明,多相混输工艺有效改善气液比的变化导致混输泵无法正常工作的问题。Compared with single-phase transportation,multiphase transportation technology has the advantages of less engineering in⁃vestment,longer transportation distance and environmental friendliness,which has broad application prospects for the development of marginal oilfields.At present,the research and application of multiphase transportation technology in China is still in its infancy.The multiphase transportation technology is discussed in detail from the aspects of the types of transportation equipment,the characteristics and selection of pumps,and the advantages of transportation technology.Taking a domestic offshore oil field as an example,this paper focuses on the application status of the mixed transportation process and the problem that the change of gas-liquid ratio in the applica⁃tion process leads to the failure of the mixed transportation pump to work normally,and finally puts forward the improvement ideas to ef⁃fectively improve the problem that the change of gas-liquid ratio leads to the failure of the mixed transportation pump to work normally.
