摘 要:近年来,国内高硫原油的加工比例逐渐增大,硫化物在原油加工过程中对设备的腐蚀是工业上急需解决的一大难题。阐述了高硫原油中含硫化合物的存在形式,并对硫的腐蚀类型进行分析;对近几年常见的原油加工设备的防护技术从两方面进行综述,一是针对原油预处理的电脱盐技术、油脱金属技术、生物脱硫技术,二是针对设备保护的化学保护涂料技术、材料表面改性技术和添加缓蚀剂技术,尤其对新型缓蚀剂的研究机理进行了总结。最后对未来高硫原油加工设备防护技术的研究方向进行了展望。In recent years,the processing proportion of domestic high sulfur crude oil has been increasing gradually.The corrosion of equipment by sulfide in the process of crude oil processing is an urgent problem that should be solved in industry.In this paper,the existing forms of sulfur compounds in high sulfur crude oil were described and the corrosion types of sulfur were analyzed.Protection technology of the common oil processing equipment in recent years were summarized from two aspects:one was for electric desalting of crude oil pretreatment technology,oil demetallization technology,biological desulfurization technology,the other was for equipment protection of chemical protection coating technology,material surface modification and adding corrosion inhibitor technology,especially the research mechanism of new-type corrosion inhibitors was summarized.Finally,the research direction of protection technology for high sulfur crude oil processing equipment in the future was prospected.
