摘  要:针对某型飞机高度表接收天线安装于飞机机腹时,其安装框外平面与机腹蒙皮外表面间存在0.5mm~2.5mm阶差的问题,从高度表天线结构、安装支架、飞机蒙皮外形、装配工艺等方面分析阶差产生的原因,对比分析了打磨高度表天线安装框、带应力安装、改进安装支架3种方案的优缺点,决定采用优化安装支架的方案。加工生产新的安装支架并进行装机测试,经过测量,安装阶差由最大2.5mm降低到了1mm,安装阶差得到有效改善。To decrease the step difference between the outer plane of the mounting frame and the outer surface of the belly skin,the causes are analyzed from the aspects of the antenna structure,mounting bracket,aircraft skin shape,assembly process,etc.,and three methods are proposed(polishing the antenna mounting frame of the altimeter,installing with stress,and improving the mounting bracket).According to the advantages and disadvantages of the methods,the best is to improve the mounting bracket.The new mounting bracket is produced and tested.The result shows that installation step difference is reduced from 2.5mm to 1mm,and the step is effectively improved.
