摘 要:为评价粗粒式建筑垃圾粒料的基本路用性能,选择三组不同样品进行室内组成与颗粒分析、击实试验、加州承载比(CBR)试验,进行填筑路床的工程适用性分析。依托实体工程,对粗粒式建筑垃圾粒料填筑路床进行弯沉测试,进行实体工程的路用性能评价。结果表明:对于50 mm粒径占比50%以上的粗粒式建筑垃圾粒料,具有良好的工程级配。随着破碎混凝土粒组含量的增加,粒料整体的最佳含水率降低、最大干密度提高,且CBR值提高明显,整体力学性能能够满足路床填料的技术要求。现场进行80 cm厚的路床填筑,经压实后其弯沉值基本达到100~130(0.01 mm),满足路基设计标准,具有良好的刚度和承载能力。In order to evaluate the basic road performance of coarse-grained construction waste aggregates,three groups of different samples were selected for indoor composition and particle analysis,compaction test,California bearing ratio(CBR)test,and engineering applicability analysis for filling road beds.Based on the physical engineering,this paper conducts deflection test on the roadbed filled with coarse-grained construction waste and carries out the road performance evaluation of the physical engineering.The results show that the coarse-grained construction waste aggregate with 50 mm particle size accounts for more than 50%has good engineering grading.With the increase of the content of crushed concrete particles,the optimal moisture content of aggregate decreases,the maximum dry density increases,and the CBR value increases significantly,the overall mechanical properties can meet the technical requirements of roadbed filler.The 80 cm thick roadbed is filled on site,the deflection value basically reaches 100~130(0.01 mm)after compaction.It meets the subgrade design standard,has good stiffness and bearing capacity.
