摘  要:针对多芯、高密度信号电缆质量检验和故障排查过程费时费力的现状,基于虚拟仪器技术对通用电缆检测装置进行了设计与研究,提出了检测装置的结构组成、工作原理及硬件、软件实现方法,对检测结果数据进行了对比和分析。通过在云南昆船机械制造公司使用结果表明:检测装置与传统检测方法相比,其操作简单,人机交互友好,检测速度快、结果准确可靠,极大地提高了检验人员的工作效率,缩短了电缆生产检验和故障排除时间,具有很好的应用前景和推广价值。In view of the time-consuming and laborious process of multi-core and high density signal cable quality inspection and fault checking,the general cable detection device is designed and studied based on virtual instrument technology.The structure,working principle,hardware and software realization method of the detection device are put forward,and the data of the detection results are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional testing method,the testing device has the advantages of simple operation,friendly human-computer interaction,fast detection speed,and accurate and reliable results,which greatly improves the working efficiency of the inspectors and shortens the time of cable production inspection and troubleshooting.It has good application prospect and popularization value.
