摘 要:通过对液冷板结构特点及其生产需求分析,确定热压机在液冷侧板生产中的运用,通过对设备状况、液冷板材料、液冷板结构特征等综合分析考虑,进行合理的热压校平工艺参数设计,确定合理的热压校平温度、校平时间,选取合理数量的液冷板,对其进行热压校平,通过保证热压校平后的零件平面度,为后续生产液冷侧板壁厚的保证提供了可靠的保证,该工艺措施为液冷产品的壁厚保证提供了可行的思路。Through analyzing the structural characteristics and production requirements of liquid-cooled panels,the application of hot press in the production of liquid-cooled side panels was determined.Through comprehensive analysis and consideration of equipment status,liquid-cooled panel materials and structural characteristics,the reasonable hot-pressing leveling process parameters were designed,the reasonable hot-pressing leveling temperature and time were determined,and a reasonable number of liquid-cooled panels were selected for hot-pressing leveling.By ensuring the flatness of parts after hot-pressing leveling,the wall thickness of liquid-cooled side panels was produced for subsequent production.The technology could provide a feasible idea for the wall thickness guarantee of liquid cooling products.
