摘 要:通过珩磨轮基体选材和电镀工艺参数实验,提出了一种高精密电镀CBN(立方氮化硼)珩磨轮的制造方法。将经过粗加工热处理过的滚轮基体进行电镀前齿形面精磨处理、采用特殊的电镀工装和严格的电镀工艺,将CBN超硬材料电镀在齿型工作表面上,得到了一种高精密电镀CBN珩磨轮。从而解决了珩磨齿轮齿面热处理变形问题,提高珩磨齿轮齿轮精度等级及生产效率和齿轮产品品质。In this paper,a manufacturing method of high precision electroplated CBN(cubic boron nitride)honing wheel is developed through the substrate material selection and electroplating process parameters.First of all,the rough-machined and heat-treated roller substrate is finely ground before electroplating.Then the CBN superhard material is electroplated on the toothed working surface by using special plating tooling and strict plating process.Finally,a kind of high precision electroplating CBN honing wheel is obtained.This method solves the deformation problem of gear tooth surface during heat treatment,and improves the precision level of honing gear.In this way,the production efficiency and quality of gear products could be greatly improved.
