摘  要:分析了齿廓误差和齿向误差对齿轮振动噪声的影响,以及齿廓修形和齿向修形的理论方法。以汽车变速箱中一对斜齿轮为研究对象,利用KISSsoft齿轮专业软件,通过设置基本参数,模拟真实工况条件,确定修形优化方案,对齿轮进行传递误差分析、齿面接触力分析、齿面接触温度分析等,研究了鼓形量对齿面法向接触力的影响,不同齿廓修形曲线对传递误差的影响。结果表明,修形可大幅降低最大齿面接触温度,改善胶合;鼓形修形可有效改善偏载现象;齿廓修形可有效降低齿面最大接触应力;修形曲线选择方面长修形曲线优于短修形曲线。为齿轮减振降噪修形研究提供一定的参考借鉴。In this paper,the influence of tooth profile error and tooth alignment error on the gear vibration and noise is analyzed,as well as the theoretical methods of tooth profile modification and tooth alignment modification.Taking a pair of helical gears in an automobile gearbox as the research object,through setting the basic parameters,simulating the real working conditions,determining the modification optimization plan,carrying out the transmission error analysis,the tooth surface contact force analysis,the contact temperature analysis of the tooth surface,etc.,the influence of the drum shape on the normal contact force of the tooth surface is studied by using the KISSsoft gear professional software,as well as the influence of different tooth profile modification curves on the transmission error.The results show that the modification can greatly reduce the maximum tooth surface contact temperature and improve the gluing;the drum shape modification can effectively improve the eccentric load phenomenon;the tooth profile modification can effectively reduce the maximum contact stress of the tooth surface;the long modification curve is better than the short curve in the modification curve selection.It provides a certain reference for the research of gear vibration reduction and noise reduction.
