摘　　要：科技类社会组织在社会治理中担负着决策咨询、科技评价、普及和创新等重任。2018年民政部指出各地要从严从紧把握社会服务机构直接登记申请,稳妥探索社会服务机构直接登记改革。因而探索广东省科技类社会组织登记管理的新模式具有重要意义。论文通过借鉴国外科技类社会组织登记管理的相关经验、分析国内科技类社会组织管理制度的变迁及“北上广”实践,探索广东省科技类社会组织登记管理制度的改革路径,并提出对策建议。Scientific and technological social organizations are responsible for decision-making consultation,scientific and technological evaluation,popularization and innovation in social governance.In 2018,the Ministry of Civil Affairs pointed out that all localities should strictly grasp the direct registration application of social service agencies,and steadily explore the reform of direct registration of social service agencies.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the new mode of registration management of social organizations of science and technology in Guangdong Province.This paper draws on the relevant experience of foreign scientific and technological social organization registration management,analyzes the changes in the management system of domestic scientific and technological social organizations and the practice of"Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou",explores the reform path of the registration management system of scientific and technological social organizations in Guangdong Province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
