摘　　要：从20世纪末开始,数字经济已经在西方国家出现萌芽,并作为一种新的经济发展方式逐渐发展,几乎在同时期,信息化、信息经济等有关数字经济的元素出现在我国经济发展的蓝图当中。随着我国信息化领导小组的成立和《网络安全法》等相关法律法规的颁布,我国数字经济的发展得到了有效的支持。Since the end of the 20th century,digital economy has sprouted in western countries,and gradually developed as a new mode of economic development.Almost at the same time,informatization,information economy and other elements related to digital economy appeared in the blueprint of China's economic development.With the establishment of China's Informatization Leading Group and the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations such as the"Cybersecurity Law",the development of China's digital economy has been effectively supported.
