摘  要:以某工业化加氢装置催化剂干法硫化过程为例,分别对硫化过程催化剂床层温度变化、循环氢中硫化氢浓度与硫化剂注入速度的关系,并就实际硫化升温曲线与理论硫化升温曲线进行了对比。结果表明:催化剂种类、工艺设置和硫化方法三者相匹配,硫化时间、硫化剂注入量与催化剂床层升温速率相适应,并达到理论硫化温度,催化剂方可达到较理想的硫化效果。Taking dry curing of catalyst in industrial hydrogenation unit as the research object,the trend of bed temperature of catalyst was investigated,and the relationship between hydrogen sulfide concentration and the injection rate of curing agent was analyzed,and the actual sulfuration curve and the theoretical sulfuration curve were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the catalyst type,process flow and sulfuration method were matched,the sulfuration time,the dosage of DMDS and the heating rate of the catalyst bedwere matched,and the theoretical curing temperature was reached,the catalyst can achieve a better sulfuration effect.
