摘 要:因废弃物的多元化、复杂性,对其的处理方式很多,而其中常用的一种处理方式就是焚烧处理,流化床焚烧技术则是焚烧处理方式之一,本文从不同的结构以及处理的废弃物类型对两种流化床焚烧炉进行阐述,对其各自的特点及选用进行剖析,并对其在应用过程中以及配套工艺设备的选用提了一些建议。希望项目设计方根据不同的物料特性选用合适的流化床型式以及合适的工艺包,给客户解决各类废弃物所带来的环境问题。Due to the diversification and complexity of waste,there are many ways to treat it,and one of the commonly used treatment methods is incineration,and the fluidized bed incineration technology is one of the incineration treatment methods.Two fluidized bed incineratorswere described from different structures and waste types,their respective characteristics and selectionswere analyzed,and some suggestions for their application and the selection of auxiliary process equipmentwere given.It was hoped that the project designer will select a suitable fluidized bed type and a suitable process package according to different material characteristics to solve the environmental problems caused by various wastes for customers.
