高校大型仪器管理现状及共享平台建设研究

摘　　要：大型仪器共享平台建设是高校整体科研实力和教学实力的综合体现,也是提升高校科研水平的必经之路,在高校的“双一流”建设进程中起着至关重要的作用。目前高校大型仪器共享平台建设初见成效,宏观把控仪器设备购置的可行性分析和调研论证,落实可执行的管理制度及实验队伍提升激励政策,搭建信息化展示平台已成为大型仪器共享平台建设的关键要素。The construction of large-scale instruments sharing platform is the comprehensive embodiment of the overall scientific research strength and teaching strength of colleges and universities.As well,it is the only way to improve the scientific research level of colleges and universities,which plays a vital role in the process of the“Double Tops”construction of colleges and universities.At present,the construction of large-scale instruments sharing platform in colleges and universities has achieved initial results.The macro-control of the feasibility analysis and research demonstration before purchasing the equipment,the implementation of an executable management system and incentive policies for the promotion of experimental teams,and the establishment of an information display platform have become the key elements of the construction of large-scale instruments sharing platform.
