电子商务物流配送存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：在电子商务环境下,物流配送具有信息化、网络化、自动化、智能化和柔性化等特点。论文针对电子商务环境下物流配送的体系问题和物流终端配送问题进行研究,主要分为三部分:第一,整理电子商务和物流配送的相关文献,分析物流配送体系、终端配送、配送中心设置和路径优化选择的现状。第二,针对物流配送体系存在的问题,评估配送模式的效率,包括配送成本、信息化水平和配送中心设置等,进而剖析物流配送体系的问题。第三,以物流配送体系和终端配送问题的产生、发展及深入为主线,针对问题从全流程提出解决对策与建议。In the e-commerce environment,logistics distribution has the characteristics of informatization,networking,automation,intelligence,flexibility and so on.This paper studies the system problems of logistics distribution and the problems of logistics terminal distribution in the e-commerce environment,which is mainly divided into three parts:firstly,this paper sorts out the related literature of e-commerce and logistics distribution,and analyzes the current situation of logistics distribution system,terminal distribution,distribution center setting and optimal choice of path.Secondly,aiming at the problems existing in the logistics distribution system,the paper evaluates the efficiency of the distribution mode,including the distribution cost,informatization level and distribution center setting,and then analyzes the problems of the logistics distribution system.Thirdly,the paper takes the emergence,development and deepening of the problems of logistics distribution system and terminal distribution as the main line,and proposes solving countermeasures and suggestions for the problems from the whole process.
