摘　　要：班组是QC小组活动开展的前沿阵地,QC小组活动与班组建设相辅相成。论文主要针对水电厂基层班组QC活动开展情况开展调研,指出活动开展过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的若干意见。The team is the front position of the development of QC group activities,and the QC group activities complement each other with the construction of the team.This paper mainly investigates the development situation of QC activities of the grassroots team in hydropower plant,points out the problems existing in the development process of the activities,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
