摘　　要：望谟县作为生态环境保护屏障的重要地区,也是作为开发矿产资源的一个优势地理区域。生态环境的过度开采造成严重影响,环境保护成为该地区开发自然资源的过程中不可忽视的重要内容。长期以来,经济协调发展与生态环境保护之间存在着矛盾关系。当前农村生态环境的众多问题急需处理,如农村居民生态环境治理意识薄弱、生态环境治理人才缺乏、卫生评价考核体系不健全、资源过度开采垃圾处理难等突出问题。Wangmo County,as an important area of ecological environment barrier,is also an advantageous geographical area for mineral resources development.Excessive exploitation of the ecological environment has caused serious impact,and environmental protection has become an important content that can not be ignored in the process of natural resources development in this region.For a long time,there has been a contradictory relationship between coordinated economic development and ecological environmental protection.At present,many problems of rural ecological environment need to be dealt with urgently,such as rural residents'weak awareness of ecological environment management,lack of talents in ecological environment management,unsound health evaluation and assessment system,and difficult disposal of waste due to excessive resource exploitation.
