摘　　要：虽然城市污水处理厂的目的是加强城市污水的处理质量,对城市周围地表水体的质量进行改善,但是,城市污水处理厂在建设与运行过程中,也会对周围的水环境产生不利影响。基于此,论文重点针对城市污水处理项目的环境影响评价进行了详细的分析,旨在为后期的环境影响评价工作的正常开展打好基础。Although the purpose of urban sewage treatment plant is to strengthen the treatment quality of urban sewage and improve the quality of surface water around the city,urban sewage treatment plant in the construction and operation process,will also have adverse effects on the surrounding water environment.Based on this,the paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the environmental impact assessment of urban sewage treatment projects,aiming at laying a good foundation for the normal development of the environmental impact assessment in the later stage.
