摘　　要：日本综合商社在经历过"斜阳论"和"不要论"之后,继续以充满活力的脚步发展,保持着利益的增长。在当前中国外贸环境日益严峻的情况下,分析综合商社的成功关键因素,对我国国有企业的整合内部资源、应对复杂环境以及提升竞争力有一定的借鉴作用。After experiencing the"setting sun theory"and"no theory",the Japanese comprehensive commercial cooperatives continues to develop with vigorous pace and maintain the growth of interests.Under the current situation of the increasingly severe foreign trade environment in China,the analysis of the key factors of the success of the comprehensive commercial cooperatives will provide some reference for the state-owned enterprises in China to integrate internal resources,cope with the complex environment and enhance their competitiveness.
