摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视政府工作人员的综合素养。为进一步创新行政管理模式,势必要依据当前情况做好政府职能更改,有效调整政府部门的角色,构建完善的服务型以及责任型的政府部门,设定明确的职能目标,实现管理模式的调整以及创新。因此,论文主要针对强化政府工作人员素质、创新行政管理方式进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more attention has been paid to the comprehensive quality of government staff.In order to further innovate the administrative management mode,it is necessary to change the government functions according to the current situation,effectively adjust the role of government departments,build perfect service-oriented and responsibly-oriented government departments,set clear functional objectives,and realize the adjustment and innovation of the management mode.Therefore,the paper mainly analyzes the strengthening of the quality of government staff and the innovation of administrative management,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
