摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,我国固定资产的更新速度也越来越快,所以必须要着重于对自身国有固定资产的安全性与完整性进行保障,并且实现对这些固定资产的保值与增值效果,使其能够更好地成为单位发展的重要推力。就现阶段来看,如何能够保证国有固定资产的保值增值是需要着重考虑的问题。论文以此为核心来探讨在新形势下做好国有固定资产的保值和增值的对策,希望能够为各单位提供参考。With the continuous development of society,the updating speed of China's fixed assets is getting faster and faster,so we must focus on the security and integrity of our own state-owned fixed assets,and achieve the maintenance and appreciation of these fixed assets,so that it can better become an important thrust for the development of the unit.At the present stage,how to ensure the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned fixed assets is a problem that needs to be considered emphatically.The paper takes this as the core to discuss the countermeasures of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned fixed assets under the new situation,hoping to provide reference for each unit.
