艾灸二白、阳溪穴对湿热下注型混合痔患者术后疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸二白、阳溪穴对湿热下注型混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院诊断为湿热下注型混合痔的患者80例,随机性分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组给予混合痔术后常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上,给予艾灸单侧二白、阳溪穴,20 min/次,2次/d,观察并记录两组患者术后3 d内的疼痛评分及护理优秀率,并使用SPSS17.0软件进行分析。结果:实验组患者术后3 d内的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,实验组的护理优秀率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:艾灸二白、阳溪穴可以降低湿热下注型混合痔患者的主观疼痛感觉,提高护理优秀率,患者感觉舒适,接受度高,能充分体现中医外治法的优点。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion at Erbai and Yangxi points on postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids with damp heat.Methods:our hospital diagnosed as type treating 80 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid,random divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group,control group given mixed hemorrhoid postoperative routine nursing,the experimental group in the control group,on the basis of giving moxibustion unilateral two white,li 5 hole,20 minutes each time,2 times a day,within three days of observation and record two groups of patients with postoperative pain score and nursing of excellence,using SPSS17.0 software for analysis.Results:The pain score of the experimental group within 3 days after surgery was significantly lower than the control group,the nursing excellence rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Moxibustion of Erbai and Yangxi points can reduce the subjective pain perception of mixed hemorrhoids patients with dampness-heat injection,improve the rate of nursing excellent,patients feel comfortable,high acceptance,can fully reflect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.
