微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月的我院手外科接受的患有掌指骨骨折的患者50例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=25例)和对照组(n=25例),对照组采用克氏针内固定术进行治疗,观察组采用微型钢板内固定术进行治疗,治疗后,对患者的临床治疗效果进行有效评估,比较两组患者治疗后的相关临床指标的恢复效果以及并发症的发生概率。结果:观察组患者的手术时间以及住院时间均高于对照组(P<0.05),骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者临床产生畸形愈合,伤口感染,骨移位以及局部炎症等并发症的发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床掌指骨折中采用微型钢板进行治疗,能够加快患者的骨折愈合,提高恢复率,能够降低患者发生伤口感染等并发症的发生率,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mini plate in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods:50 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The control group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with micro plate internal fixation.After treatment,the clinical treatment effect of the patients was effectively evaluated The recovery effect of related clinical indicators and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occurrence probability of malunion,wound infection,bone displacement and local inflammation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:in the clinical treatment of metacarpophalangeal fractures,the use of mini plate can accelerate the fracture healing,improve the recovery rate,reduce the incidence of wound infection and other complications,and improve the treatment effect.
