探析重度鼾症患儿低温等离子消融切除扁桃体、腺样体术后对身高、体重的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析鼻内镜下低温等离子消融切除扁桃体、腺样体术后重度鼾症患儿生长发育中对身高、体重的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年11月期间收治的65例因重度鼾症生长发育不良的患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均行鼻内镜下扁桃体、腺样体低温等离子消融术治疗,观察所有患儿治疗前、治疗后6个月、1年生长发育中身高、体重达标情况与临床疗效。结果:患儿术后6个月、1年的身高显著高于术前,且体重显著重于术前(P<0.05)。术后6个月、1年,身高、体重、两者均达标率显著高于术前(P<0.05)。65例患儿中,显效40例(61.54%)、有效24例(36.92%)、无效1例(1.54%),总有效率为98.46%。结论:重症鼾症生长发育不良患儿行鼻内镜下扁桃体、腺样体低温等离子消融术后,可取得理想疗效,逐渐恢复并促进机体生长发育,有效改善患儿体重增加与身高增长。Objective:To explore the effects of growth and R development on height and weight in children with severe snoring after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope.Methods:select 65 cases with severe sleep apnea growth stunting of children(January 2018 to November 2019)as the research object,all children do tonsil,endoscopic adenoidectomy plasma radiofrequency treatment at low temperature,and observe all patients before and after treatment for 6 months,1 year growth of height,body weight and clinical curative effect.Results:The height and weight of the children 6 months and 1 year after operation were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after surgery,the standard rates of height,weight and both were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).Among the 65 cases,40 cases(61.54%)were significantly effective,24 cases(36.92%)were effective,and 1 case(1.54%)was ineffective.The total effective rate was 98.46%.Conclusions:Low temperature plasma ablation of tonsils and adenoids under nasal endoscope in children with severe snoring dysplasia can achieve ideal curative effect,gradually recover and promote the growth and development of the body.
