摘 要:为了控制柴油机颗粒物排放,将铁基添加剂(Fe-FBC)分别以Fe元素质量分数为200和400 mg/kg的比例掺混至柴油中,制备了2种Fe-FBC燃油(Fe200和Fe400)。采用高压共轨柴油机研究Fe-FBC燃油的燃烧和排放特性,并基于可视化台架试验系统分析Fe-FBC燃油燃烧时碳烟生成过程和浓度分布规律。结果表明:与燃用纯柴油相比,Fe-FBC燃油使柴油机缸内燃烧滞燃期缩短,放热始点提前,燃烧压力峰值和放热率峰值得到提升;随着柴油中Fe-FBC含量的增加,缸内火焰发展速率加快,高温区域显著增多,燃烧状况更加剧烈;缸内碳烟生成量在燃烧中始终维持在较低水平,Fe200和Fe400燃油最大碳烟面积占有率分别下降了20.3%和41.6%。采用Fe-FBC燃油,其乙烯和乙炔在各负荷下排放均高于纯柴油;1,3-丁二烯排放在负荷75%和100%时得到改善;在各负荷下多环芳香烃排放均有所降低。在转速1400 r/min、负荷100%时,Fe200和Fe400燃油的排气烟度比纯柴油分别降低了19.3%和37.1%。Two blended fuels were prepared by blending Fe-based fuel borne catalyst(Fe-FBC)into diesel with Fe mass fraction of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg,respectively,which were named as Fe200 and Fe400 correspondingly.The combustion and emission characteristics of Fe-FBC fuel were analyzed on a common-rail diesel engine,and the generation process and concentration distribution of soot were also investigated by visualization technology.Results show that compared with pure diesel fuel,Fe-FBC fuel shortens the combustion delay period,advances the heat release start point,and improves the peak combustion pressure and heat release rate.With the increase of Fe-FBC content,the flame development speed is accelerated,the high temperature area is significantly increased,and the combustion is more intense.During the combustion process,the amount of soot formation is always kept at a low concentration and soot area occupation ratio in cylinder is smaller after Fe-FBC addition,and the maximum soot area occupation ratio of Fe200 and Fe400 decreased by 20.3%and 41.6%respectively.The emissions of ethylene and acetylene are higher than that of pure diesel under all loads and 1,3-butadiene emissions are improved at 75%and 100%load.The emissions of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are improved under all loads.At 1400 r/min and 100%load,the smoke intensities of Fe200 and Fe400 are reduced by 19.3%and 37.1%,respectively.
