摘  要:合成4种不同结构的油溶性离子液体(N/P协同(a)、N/S协同(b)、P/P协同(c)、P/S协同(d))并按比例分别溶解在PAO10中作为基础油添加剂,制备4种新型油溶性离子液体润滑脂GA、GB、GC和GD。系统研究了油溶性离子液体分子结构差异,对所制润滑脂的热稳定性、滴点、锥入度以及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:以PAO10为基础油时,P/S协同多库酯季鏻盐离子液体的(d)对所制润滑脂GD的热稳定性、锥入度和减摩抗磨性能及P B、P D性能明显提高,滴点几乎没有变化,其中以季鏻盐为阳离子、以多库酯盐为阴离子的油溶性离子液体,所制备的离子液体复合锂基润滑脂(GD)的综合性能最佳。Oil-soluble ionic liquids(N/P synergy(a),N/S synergy(b),P/P synergy(c),and P/S synergy(d))with different structures were synthesized and were dissolved as base oil additive in PAO10 to prepare four new types of oil-soluble ionic liquid greases GA,GB,GC,and GD.The effects of molecular structure differences of oil-soluble ionic liquids on the thermal stability,dropping point,penetration,and tribological properties of the prepared grease were systematically studied.The results show that the molecular structure difference of ionic liquids added into PAO10 has significant improvements on the thermal stability,cone penetration,reduce-friction performance and P_( B),P_( D) performance of the obtained grease.The dropping point has hardly no change.Especially,the complex lithium grease(GD)constructed with an oil-soluble ionic liquid using phosphonium cations and docusate anions shows the best comprehensive performance.
