摘  要:通过细乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)和羟基硅油(HPMS)为反应单体,成功制得了性能优异的梳状有机硅氧烷改性含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物(FSiPA).采用FT-IR、CA、TEM、AFM、SEM、XPS和TGA研究氟硅单体含量对聚合物结构与性能的影响.结果表明:氟硅改性含氟丙烯酸酯呈现核壳结构,平均粒径为100 nm左右;由于氟硅元素的趋表行为,FA质量分数为25%,HPMS质量分数为15%的F25Si15PA乳胶膜表面自由能低至12.20 mJ/m^(2),引入FA后乳胶膜表面粗糙,断面出现自分层,加入HPMS后分相更明显;且F25Si15PA乳胶膜的热稳定性也有所提高,力学性能得到改善.Comb-shape organic siloxane modified fluorinated acrylate copolymers(FSiPA)with excellent performance were successfully prepared by applying the miniemulsion polymerization method and using 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(FA),γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(KH-570)and hydroxy silicone oil(HPMS)as functional monomers.FT-IR,CA,TEM,AFM,SEM,XPS and TGA were used to study the effects of fluorinated monomer and silicon containing monomer content on the structure and properties of the polymers.The results show that the silicon modified fluorinated acrylate emulsion presented a core-shell structure with an average particle size of about 100 nm.Due to the behavior of surface tendency of fluorinated and silicon containing group,the surface free energy of F25Si15PA latex film with 25%FA and 15%HPMS was as low as 12.20 mJ/m^(2).The surface of the latex film was rough and the cross section appeared self stratification when FA was introduced to the structure of acrylate polymers,which were more obvious by adding the HPMS at the same time.Moreover,the thermal stability and mechanical properties of F10Si25PA latex film were improved.
