摘  要:微小型液压元件是航空航天、机器人等高端装备中的关键零部件,其研制与开发是目前流体传动与控制领域的重点研究方向之一。为检测新型微小型二维液压泵的性能指标,以微小型二维活塞泵作为测试对象,采用并行式能量回收和多机同步测试方法,设计了基于LabVIEW平台的微小型二维液压泵的性能试验系统。该测试系统以数据采集卡作为信号中端,进行高精度数据采集和控制信号输出;引入模块化设计方法,可缩短测试软件开发周期,方便扩展功能;实现实时监控及测试参数远程调节,可完成排量验证、效率和密封检查等各项性能试验,并且具备自动生成特性曲线,试验完成后保存试验数据和图表信息,制作试验报告等功能。The micro-sized hydraulic components are the key components in aerospace,robot and other high-end equipment.Its development is one of the key research directions in the field of fluid drive and control.In order to test the performance index of the new-type micro-sized 2D hydraulic pumps,taking micro-sized 2D piston pump as the test object,adopting the method of parallel energy recovery and multi-machine synchronous test,and designing the performance test system of micro-sized 2D hydraulic pump based on LabVIEW platform.The test system takes the data acquisition card as the middle end of the signal to carry out high-precision data acquisition and control signal output.The modular design method can shorten the development cycle of the test software and facilitate the expansion of functions.The system realizes real-time monitoring and remote adjustment of test parameters.The system can complete various performance tests such as displacement verification test,efficiency test and seal inspection test,and has the functions of automatically generating characteristic curve,saving test data and chart information after the tests,and making test report,etc.
