摘 要:针对现有高空作业车液压系统功率损失大、支腿和上装动作不能互锁等问题,结合高空作业车液压系统配置,设计一种高空作业车液压系统,采用理论分析和建模仿真相结合的方式进行研究。首先构建液压系统原理图介绍其工作原理;然后利用AMESim仿真软件建立其仿真模型;最后对其工作原理和压力调节特性进行仿真和分析。结果表明:液压系统采用变量泵,降低了系统功率损失,还可以实现支腿和上装动作互锁,增加其安全性。该液压系统满足了高空作业车液压系统的需求,为深入研究和改进优化此类液压系统提供了技术支持。Aimed at the problems existing in the hydraulic system of the aerial working vehicle,such as the large power loss and the non-interlock movement between outriggers and the upper part,combining with the existing hydraulic system configuration of the aerial working vehicle,a kind of hydraulic system of the aerial working vehicle is designed.Theoretical analysis and modeling simulation are combined in the research.Firstly,the principle diagram of the hydraulic system is built and the working principle of the hydraulic system is introduced.Secondly,the simulation model of the hydraulic system is established by using AMESim simulation software.Finally,the working principle and pressure regulation characteristics of the hydraulic system are simulated and analyzed.The research results show that:the hydraulic system adopts variable displacement pump,which reduces the power loss of the system.At the same time,the hydraulic system can realize interlock movement between outriggers and the upper part and increase the safety of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the hydraulic system of aerial working vehicle,which provides technical support for the in-depth research and improvement optimization of this kind of hydraulic system.
