摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法,在“钻石模型”视域下对冰雪体育产业竞争力进行理论分析,分别从生产要素条件、市场需求条件、关联产业支持力和企业竞争力以及政府调控和机遇六个方面对冰雪体育产业的竞争力以及竞争原理进行分析,找出我国在冰雪体育产业竞争力方面存在的问题点,分别从完善冰雪体育产业生产要素,夯实产业竞争力的基本条件;充分了解市场需求力,积极调整冰雪体育相关产业产品的多样性;完善冰雪体育市场体系,提高企业竞争能力;积极落实国家冰雪体育产业政策,实现冰雪体育产业法制化几个方面提出提高冰雪体育产业竞争力的解决对策,以期为我国冰雪体育产业的发展提供理论参考。By using the research methods of Literature,Expert Interviews and logical analysis,the competitiveness of ice and snow sports industry is analyzed theoretically in the perspective of“Diamond Model”,this paper analyzes the competitive power and competitive principle of the ice and snow sports industry from six aspects:the production factors,the market demand conditions,the supporting power of related industries,the competitive power of enterprises and the government regulation and opportunity,to find out the problems in the competitiveness of the ice and snow sports industry in China,from perfecting the production factors of the ice and snow sports industry,tamping the basic conditions of the industrial competitiveness,and fully understanding the market demand,we will actively adjust the diversity of ice and snow sports related industry products,improve the ice and snow sports market system and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and actively implement the national ice and Snow Sports Industry Policy,to realize the legalization of ice and snow sports industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of ice and snow sports industry,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of ice and snow sports industry.
