摘  要:为给多花黄精种植的光境选择提供理论指导,对盆栽的多花黄精进行全日照(100%透光率)、香樟林下(40%透光率)及阴网棚下(40%透光率)三种处理,采用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定气体交换及叶绿素荧光参数,并比较其叶绿素含量、株叶形态特征和生物产量。结果表明,全日照下的多花黄精净光合速率最低;香樟树下多花黄精叶片的净光合速率最高,叶片实际光化学反应速率(ΦPSⅡ)和电子传递效率(ETR)也最高,非光化学淬灭(qN)最低;三种处理的总叶绿素含量没有显著差异;全日照和香樟林下,多花黄精叶片细胞排列更紧密,维管组织发达;香樟林下多花黄精的株高适中,生物产量显著高于其他两组处理。研究表明,多花黄精属阴生植物,能有效利用短波长的蓝紫光,相同光照条件下林下种植优于人工遮阳种植,进行人工遮阳种植时可考虑结合其他设施适当增加短波长的蓝紫光。To provide a theoretical basis for the light environment selection in the planting of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,the potted P.cyrtonema had been treated under full sunlight(100%light transmittance),under the camphor trees(40%light transmittance)and under the sunshade net(40%light transmittance).Gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthetic instrument,the indexes such as chlorophyll content,plant leaf morphological characteristics and biological yield were compared.The results showed that,the net photosynthetic rate of P.multiflorum was the lowest under full sunlight.Under camphor trees,the three indexes such as net photosynthetic rate,actual photochemical reaction rate(ΦPSⅡ)and electron transfer efficiency(ETR)were also the highest,but the non-photochemical quenching(qN)was the lowest.There were no significant differences in the total chlorophyll contents among the three treatments.Under the full sunlight and camphor trees,the cells of P.cyrtonema leaves were arranged more closely,and the vascular tissue was very developed.The plant height under the camphor trees was moderate,and also the biological yield was significantly higher than the other two treatments.In conclusion,P.cyrtonema is a shade plant.It can effectively use short-wavelength light of blue-violet.In the same light density,the P.cyrtonema cultured under forest is better than under the sunshade net.It is appropriately if the short-wavelength ligh of blue-violet may be supplemented in the planting of P.cyrtonema under the sunshade net.
