摘 要:在永磁同步电机当中,由于磁场的不对称,会引起相应的单边磁拉力,如8极9槽电机。该文提出了一种基于永磁体周向分段的单边磁拉力抑制措施。首先,利用气隙磁导和磁动势模型,推导了永磁电机的单边磁拉力解析模型;然后基于此模型,提出了永磁体周向分段的单边磁拉力抑制措施,推导了周向分段的最佳位置和尺寸的理论值。为了验证以上理论分析,文章以一台8极9槽永磁电机为例,运用有限元计算了周向分段位置和尺寸对单边磁拉力的影响规律,验证了解析方法的正确性,研究结果表明,采用文章所提出的永磁体周向分段方法可以大大降低电机的单边磁拉力,其峰峰值可由原来的80.6N降低到13.8N,降低了82.9%。Due to the unbalanced magnetic field,the unbalanced magnetic pull(UMP)inevitably exists in permanent magnet(PM)motors,such as 8-poles/9-slots PM motor.In this paper,the tangential magnet segmentation method was used to reduce the UMP in surface-mounted PM(SPM)motor.First of all,the analytical model of UMP for SPM motor was derived based on air-gap permeance and magnetic-motive-force model.Then,according to the derived model,a new method for UMP reduction was proposed based on tangential magnet segmentation.Correspondingly,both the location and dimension of tangentially segmented PMs were derived analytically.Besides,in order to verify above analysis,a 8/9 PM motor were employed as an example.The finite element method was also used to study the influence law of location and dimension of tangentially segmented PMs.It is found that,the UMP can be reduced from 80.6N to 13.8N,namely 82.9%by using the proposed method.
