摘  要:为了赋予CaCO_(3)功能特性,促进其在涂料等方面的应用,通过低温热解法制得可见光响应ZnO纳米棒,采用水相机械球磨将其与CaCO_(3)复合,获得ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合粉体,并对其结构、形貌和光催化性能进行研究。结果表明:通过水相机械球磨能使ZnO纳米棒均匀分散在CaCO_(3)粉体中,获得的ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合粉体表现出很好的光催化性能。当复合粉体中ZnO与CaCO_(3)质量比为1∶17.5时,样品在紫外光下将罗丹明B(Rh B)溶液完全降解需要30 min,在可见光下也仅需40 min。To obtain the functional characteristics of CaCO_(3) and promote its application in coatings,ZnO nanorods with visible light response were prepared by low temperature thermal solution.Zinc oxide/calcium carbonate(ZnO/CaCO_(3))powder was obtained by water phase mechanical ball milling,and its structure,morphology and photocatalytic properties were also studied.Results showed that ZnO nanorods could be evenly dispersed in the CaCO_(3) powder by water phase mechanical ball grinding,and ZnO/CaCO_(3) composite powder possessed good photocatalytic performance.When the mass ratio of ZnO to CaCO_(3) was 1∶17.5,Rhodamine B(Rh B)solution was completely degraded by ZnO/CaCO_(3) within 30 min under ultraviolet light,while it took 40 min under visible light.
