摘 要:针对某型号发动机配气机构中摇臂轴承工作过程中外圈存在的应力分布不均等问题,分析摇臂轴承受到某一恒定载荷时,找到最大接触应力出现的位置。对摇臂轴承外圈母线进行修形处理,通过对比分析不同母线下的应力情况,得到最优的母线线型。在最优线型的基础上,结合实际工况,确定合理的凸度范围,从而减小轴承工作过程中外圈所受的接触应力提高发动机的使用性能。研究结果表明:当轴承外圈母线线型为对数线型时,相同载荷下的轴承外圈表面的应力最小,分布最均匀;以凸轮与轴承接触的平均载荷作为分析载荷,得出其所对应的最优凸度量为6~9μm,研究结果为轴承结构设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of stress in the outer ring during the operation of the tappet roller bearing in a certain type of engine valve mechanism,the analysis of the stress distribution under specific load conditions was carried out to find the lotation of the maximum contact stress.By comparing the stress of different profile to determine the optimal profile type,using the optimal line type as model,and combined with the actual working conditions,a reasonable convexity range was determined to reduce the contact stress on the outer ring during the operation of the bearing and to improve the performance of the engine.Results showed that when the outer ring was logarithm profile,the stress distribution of the bearing outer ring surface would be even,and the contact stress could be smallest under the same load.Taking the average load during the engine working as the analysis load,the corresponding convexity values of the bearing was obtained from 6 to 9μm.It provided a reference for the bearing structure design.
