摘  要:目的调查医学生对住院医师规范化培训的认识程度,分析规培生的就业情况。方法采用整群分层抽样和问卷调查的方式了解96名医学本科生对住院医师规范化培训的认识程度。采用随机抽样的方法对河南省5个住院医师规范化培训基地抽取的245名规培生进行访谈。调查规培前后规培生就业率及就业意向的改变。结果针对在校本科生的调查问卷显示:64.58%的医学本科生支持住院医师规范化培训政策的实施,认为对个人未来事业有帮助的本科生占78.12%,认为薪资待遇过低的本科生占63.54%。男性规培结业后就业率较规培前高(P<0.05);女性规培结业后就业率较规培前高(P<0.05);规培结业后就业率较规培前高(P<0.05)。本科生规培后就业率较规培前高(P<0.05);研究生规培后就业率与规培前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。规培后,去更好的医院的本科生占比升高(P<0.05);规培后,去更好的医院的研究生占比与规培前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。规培第1、2、3年,分别有80.00%、53.88%、48.57%的规培生愿意去更好的医院就业。结论住院医师规范化培训政策在河南省实施以来,不同群体的医学生对该模式的认识不同。该培养模式的实施暴露出一些亟待解决的问题,如规培期间薪资低等。规培后,医学生的就业率升高。Objective To investigate the level of medical students’awareness of standardized training of residents and to analyze the employment situation of regulated students.Methods Cluster stratified sampling and questionnaire survey were used to understand the cognition degree of standardized training of residents of 96 medical undergraduates.Using the method of random sampling,245 regular trainees were selected from five standardized training bases of resident doctors in Henan Province for qualitative interview to investigate the change of employment rate and employment intention of regular trainees before and after regular trainees.Results The questionnaire for current undergraduate students showed that 64.58%of undergraduate students supported the implementation of the residency standardized training policy,and 78.12%of them thought it would help their future career,and 63.54%of them thought the salary was too low.The employment rate after completion of training was higher for males than that before training(P<0.05).The employment rate after completion of training was higher for females than that before training(P<0.05).The employment rate after completion of training was higher than that before training(P<0.05).Undergraduate students had higher employment rate after regulation training than that before regulation training(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the employment rate of postgraduate students between after regular training and before regular training(P>0.05).The percentage of undergraduate students who went to better hospitals was higher after training(P<0.05).The percentage of postgraduate students who went to better hospitals after training was no statistical difference compared with that before training(P>0.05).In the first,second and third years of training,80.00%,53.88%and 48.57%of the trainees were willing to go to better hospitals for employment,respectively.Conclusion Since the implementation of the residency standardized training policy in Henan Province,different groups of medical stu
