摘　　要：目的探讨成年女性痤疮患者的面部皮肤特点。方法选取2017年8月至2020年8月于郑州大学第一附属医院医学美容中心行VISIA面部检测的68例成年女性痤疮患者,纳入观察组。选取与痤疮患者年龄相匹配的面部皮肤健康的68名女性,作为对照组。使用VISIA皮肤检测仪对研究对象进行面部皮肤数据测量,得到左侧面部的8项数据,分别为斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、紫外线色斑、棕色斑点、红色区和紫质。比较两组测量数值的差异性。结果与对照组比较,观察组面部的皱纹、紫外线色斑、紫质计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组面部的斑点、纹理、毛孔、棕色斑点、红色区计数大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与正常成年女性比较,成年女性痤疮患者的面部皮肤更容易出现色素沉着、质地粗糙、毛孔粗大以及炎症。Objective To explore the characteristics of facial skin of adult female with acne.Methods From August 2017 to August 2020,68 adult female patients with acne who underwent VISIA facial examination in the Medical Beauty Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled in observation group.A total of 68 women with healthy facial skin matched with the age of acne patients were selected as control group.VISIA skin detector was used to measure the facial skin data of the subjects,and eight data of the left face were obtained,namely spots,wrinkles,textures,pores,ultraviolet spots,brown spots,red areas and porphyrin.The differences of measurement values between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,there was no statistical difference in the values of facial wrinkles,ultraviolet spots and porphyrin in observation group(P>0.05).The values of spots,textures,pores,brown spots and red areas in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The facial skin of adult female patients with acne is more predisposed to pigmentation,rough texture,coarse pores and inflammation than normal adult women.
