摘　　要：凶险性前置胎盘是附着于前次剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕处的前置胎盘,可能会导致胎盘粘连和胎盘植入,引起产后出血,甚至孕产妇死亡。临床常采用剖宫产终止妊娠,腹主动脉球囊封堵术是一种有效的介入治疗方法,可预防产后出血,腹主动脉球囊封堵术联合剖宫产术已广泛应用于临床,其可降低术后不良反应的发生及子宫切除率。本文通过检索和阅读国内外相关文献,针对腹主动脉球囊封堵术联合剖宫产术临床应用的安全性和有效性进行分析,为该技术的普及和推广提供有力的支持。The dangerous placenta previa r efers to the placenta pr evia attached to the s car of the incis ion of the uterus of the previous cesarean section,which may lead to placenta adhesion and placenta implantation,cause postpartum hemorrhage,and even death of pregnant women.Cesarean section is often used to terminate pregnancy,and abdominal aortic balloon occlusion is an effective interventional therapy,which can prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Abdominal aortic balloon occlusion combined with cesarean section has been widely used in clinic,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and hysterectomy rate.Through searching and reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,the safety and effectiveness of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion combined with cesarean section were analyzed,which provides a strong support for the popularization of this technology and the promotion of the technology in the county and municipal hospitals.
