摘 要:在电站锅炉动调轴流引风机在设计之初,通常优先考虑中高负荷时引风机的运行经济性。在深度调峰政策背景下,由于中低负荷时引风机效率相对偏低,导致引风机电耗偏高。本文结合某电厂660MW超临界机组引风机性能参数和实际运行情况,根据现场测试试验结果,首先对引风机选型参数进行优化,并提出了引风机本体及电机改造的六种节能改造方案,通过对比六种改造方案的经济性和安全性,建议对引风机两级叶片进行改型施工改造,改造完成后,进行了100%BMCR、75%BMCR、50%BMCR、40%BMCR四个工况下的性能测试试验。试验结果表明:对引风机两级叶片改造可以满足机组运行安全性要求,节能效果略好于预期,且改动工作量小,投资回报率高,能产生较好的经济性,在深度调峰背景下,值得进行推广。At the beginning of the design of power plant boilers adjustable axial flow draft fan,the operating economy of the induced draft fan at medium and high loads was often given priority.Under the background of the deep peak regulation policy,the power consumption of induced draft fan will reach high inevitably,due to the relatively low efficiency at low and medium loads.In this paper,according to the test results,the selection parameters of the induced draft fan were optimized firstly,then six energy-saving transformation schemes for the modification of the induced draft fan and the motor were proposed,considering the performance parameters and actual operating conditions of a 660 MW supercritical unit in a power plant.Comparing the economics and safety of the six transformation schemes,it was recommended to modify the two-stage blades of the induced draft fan and carry out construction transformation.The performance test was carried out under four working conditions of 100%BMCR,75%BMCR,50%BMCR,40%BMCR after the transformation.The test results showed that the renovation of the two-stage blades of the induced draft fan could fulfil the operational safety requirements of the unit,and the energy-saving effect was better than expected with the smaller renovation workload.The renovation scheme has higher returned investment and better profits which are worth to generalize under the background of deep peak shaving.
